Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp Junal lemon seasoning
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- Pepper
- Parsley chopped
Preparation
- Melt butter in warm (not hot) pan. Add JunalTM lemon seasoning to the butter and warm briefly.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
- Spoon sauce over trout or other fish. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
