Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp Junal lemon seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
  • Pepper
  • Parsley chopped

Preparation

  1. Melt butter in warm (not hot) pan. Add JunalTM lemon seasoning to the butter and warm briefly.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon sauce over trout or other fish. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
