Zaatar is our mix of fresh Thyme. It is popular in the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines.
It can either be added to a variety of dishes for flavor or mixed with olive oil and spread on bread.
Zaatar is also known in Lebanon’s traditional breakfast called Manakesh.
