Ingredients
- 1 cups of all-purpose flour
- ½ c. butter or margarine, softened
- ¼ c. powder icing sugar
- FOR FILLING:
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp Junal lemon seasoning
- Additional powder icing sugar
Preparation
- Make the crust: Combine the crust three ingredients; pat into an ungreased 8-inch (20cm). Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- For the filling: Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, JunalTM lemon seasoning; beat until frothy.
- Pour over the crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Dust with powder icing sugar.
