Ingredients

  • 1 cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ c. butter or margarine, softened
  • ¼ c. powder icing sugar
  • FOR FILLING:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp Junal lemon seasoning
  • Additional powder icing sugar

Preparation

  1. Make the crust: Combine the crust three ingredients; pat into an ungreased 8-inch (20cm). Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  2. For the filling: Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, JunalTM lemon seasoning; beat until frothy.
  3. Pour over the crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Dust with powder icing sugar.
